In order to carry out any transaction through our online store as well as to place an order, you will be required to disclose some of your personal information.

When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline number (or any other telephone you want), your email address. If you are a professional we will ask as well for your Taxpayer's Identification Number, your Revenue Department and your profession.
This data is processed by the company in compliance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by the customer and in no way will be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, except if the procedure defined by the legislation for the removal of confidentiality is initiated (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national application of Directive 24/2006.

Your personal information is disclosed to the competent bank (eg. credit card number) and is deleted from our database, immediately after the completion of your order, thus ensuring an even greater level of security.

How to cancel your membership :

If a member wishes to be deleted from our databases, they should send us an email to [email protected] with the subject "Member Delete.", or do the following actions.

To delete your account, follow the steps below:

1. First you must be logged in to the account you want to delete.

2. Go to the Personal Data Settings of your Account (https://www.allwater.gr/el/page/account-pages/private-data-settings/)

3. Scroll down to DELETE ACCOUNT

4. Click on the DELETE REQUEST box

5. Confirm the deletion in the next pop-up window

6. All user information is deleted from our database.
